Raw Fleece

We have a variety of raw fleeces available for sale. The higher end fleeces start at $25.00/lbs. I skirt pretty hard to take out as much vegetation as possible. We also avoid overhead feeding in the winter to minimize contamination in the fleece. For the majority of our sheep, we shear twice a year. However, anyone wants a full year length, please get a hold of me and I will keep some fleeces over the winter to get the maximum staple length. We have three main fibre rams, including an American Purebred Gotland, a Wensleydale (84%) and a Purebred Blue Faced Leicester. We have a registered Gotland flock (AGSS) and we also cross with other breeds, including Clun Forest, North Country Cheviot, Tunis and Black Welsh Mountain.
